About
The Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED course teaches participants how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. Using the latest science‑based guidelines, this class provides hands‑on practice in performing high‑quality CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Students learn how to assess an unresponsive person, deliver chest compressions and rescue breaths, provide care for choking victims, and operate an AED with confidence. This course is designed to build the skills and readiness needed to act quickly when every second matters. Upon successful completion, participants receive a 2‑year American Red Cross certification in Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED.
